Accounts Assistant / Administrator Jobs in Essex, must have Sage experience.
As Accounts Assistant you will be tasked with the following:
Bank Reconciliations including posting bank payments and receipts
Petty Cash Reconciliations and maintaining
Supplier account reconciliation
Supplier cheque run processing
Company credit card summarising and reconciling
Fuel Card summary and reconciling
Month End Spread sheet Analytical work
Maintaining of filing for paid and unpaid invoices
Sage and Microsoft competency/experience a must
General Administration Duties
Monday to Friday
